useless product July 17, 2010 islandgirl79 This sheet saver didn't even fit my crib so was totally useless to me. It isn't wide enough to tie unto the crib and I have a standard crib so not sure what the problem is. Needless to say I don't use it.
Good Quality - But very small July 4, 2010 Michael's Mom The quality of this sheet saver is great; however, the ties won't even reach to the bars in my son's crib. I have used it on his changing table and it is a great size for that. Although there are better products out there for that purpose. I would use this in a cradle - would have been great when my little guy was much smaller and he is only 6 months old :)
So Far So Good June 9, 2010 Rae Lee (Calabasas, Ca) I've been using this Sheet Saver for about 2 weeks now. It's stayed tied in place so far. My son hasn't wet it yet so I can't vouch for the water proof-ness yet. It's soft enough for his face to lie on, though. I like that and I like that if there is an accident, I don't have to even take him out of the crib. I just untie this, slip it out from under him and let him go back to sleep... or, tie another one under him or at the other end of the crib and move him down. I also like the natural color alot.
How does this thing work? January 7, 2010 BrunetteChicagoGal (Chicago) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
It was clear to me when I bought this that it's smaller than the actual crib mattress, but how is it supposed to fit? If you lay it in the crib with the short sides matched up to the short sides of the mattress, and the long sides matched up to the long sides of the mattress, the ties don't even begin to reach the crib slats. And when I lay it in the crib the other way, the ties reach the slats, but only if I remove the breathable bumper from the crib. Am I missing something?
Want to reduce your laundry? Get this sheet saver! December 25, 2009 J. L. (Ohio) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I've used this sheet saver for about 5 months now. I agree with the other reviewers that it does shrink after the first washing. Other than that, this sheet saver is wonderful and definitely has reduced the amount of laundry that I've had to do. I also love the ties on each corner, which help to make sure that it stays flat in the crib and baby isn't at risk of getting it bunched up around his/her face. It is very difficult to find sheet savers that are truly water-proof and this one does the job. I'm going to buy another one next time I place an Amazon order. Although it shrank after the first washing, I'm still rating it with 5 stars because it has saved me so much time and energy from doing less laundry.
